We run 2 leagues, on Monday and Wednesday night, starting at 8pm. The set up is perfect for occasional and regular players alike, as all the money is returned in prizes on the night.
We provide coaching on poker etiquette with the tournaments played to casino rules. Each league lasts a calendar month and the top 3 to 4 finishers of each league enter a free play-off, with the winners receiving entry in a £50 Freeze-out poker tournament at the GCasino in Luton. The prizes at this tournament often exceed £2500, with 1st place of around £900.
A buffet is provided for all players.

The Hitchin Snooker & Pool's monthly Texas Hold-em poker league play-offs took place on Saturday 3rd of October. Nine players qualified, 4 from the Monday Poker league and 5 from the Wednesday Poker league.
The total prize money won in the October Hitchin Snooker & Pool, Texas Hold-em poker league was £ 1,201
including three, £75 tournament seats - The total won this year is a staggering £12,136
!
It’s nice to see numbers growing, and we want to continue to make these events as fun as we can. So, bring your friends, get them involved! As we say, poker takes a day to learn and a lifetime to master – what better time to start than now?
